Busy schedules, the intimidation of entering a new setting, and transportation concerns can all be barriers to obtaining counseling services. Through secured telehealth platforms, the therapy office can be extended to meet you right where you are. Telehealth is the only session type at this time and is limited to adolescents and adults in Texas. New patients will be accepted June 1, 2023.
Healthy relationships are critical in an individual's overall health, and this is emphasized in therapy. Not only is a working partnership with your therapist required for therapy success, but surrounding yourself with encouraging relationships and being socially connected outside of the therapy sessions extends your support network, improving prognosis overall.
